Established customers may order via email (fpmusicpub@aol.com), phone (563.690-0151) or fax (563.690-0152). Invoice will be included with the shipment. All invoices are due within 30 days or subject to a 10% increase. FPMP reserves the right to require payment ahead from any business or person who violates this.
New customers (first orders) will need to pay by check before music is mailed out. Please mail to:

Overseas customers should send a bank check or money order.
At this time we are not equipped to take credit card orders. Maybe someday.
Postage and handling: Music is mailed via Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Rate for postage is according to weight. Insurance rates are also determined by the amount charged by the USPS. The invoice enclosed with the music will reflect these charges. First time customers should call or write for estimated postage costs on your first order.
Tax: Music sent to Iowa addresses is subject to state sales tax.
